Your baby is already 10 months. Reduce breast milk intake with complemepntary feeds which you do already. Do not breast feed when child is v hungry or when not much of milk is avaible to the kid. Help with complementary feed prior to breast feed. When ullcerated, avoid that breast for suckling, instead express milk by years hand or pump and feed the baby with a container. Use masse cream for nipple healing.
