My weight has gradually increased about 8 KGS in past 5 months. And my bloating tummy is the major area of concern. I want to lose fat from my tummy.

Hello, if you see a sudden weight gain, without any major changes in your diet or routine, you should go for a thyroid test. First thing to loose weight is to watch your diet. Don't over eat, and eat home made, healthy foods. For fat around tummy, you should do crunches, ab exercises and twisting exercises. You should also do kapalbhati to keep your tummy fit. Along with these, if you also do skipping /cycling or running (anything cardio), you can loose weight faster. Set up a routine and get going.
