I have noticed black color discoloration on penis glans and rest of penis glans color is pink as usual. Is this due to masturbation? If so what is the reason and if not please advice me the treatment to be taken and what is the issue. Your help will be deeply appreciated.

Hi Vikas It may be due to excessive rubbing of the glans penis during masturbation. If there is no pain or burning or any other complaint then you should not worry about it as the black discoloration will return to normal after few days. Avoid masturbation till that time. You can apply pure coconut oil for better relief.
