I am working in a mnc in gurgaon, and due to late night work my sleeping habit is totally changed and I also gain weight. Please help me.

Working in an mnc does effect our body because they have hectic and no fixed working schedule. You need to start doing yoga and pranayam daily whenever you get time. Moreover, have fresh fruits, at least one daily. Have salads before meal, it will help you. You may also have lemonade with 1 tsp of honey in it every morning empty stomach, it will detoxify your body.
