I have been very irregular with my daily food habits last during January month. My physique has gone down a lot during that period and now even after 3 months of good nutrition I am not seeing much recovery. What should I do?

You need to regular exercise too. You need to check your sleeping schedule too. Have adequate sleep and keep your body hydrated. Have more fruits, it will help to detoxify your body. Have salad before every meal. You may also consult homoeopathic doctor for the same.
