Since sunday ive been having a sore like feeling in my chest and rib area I felt it so much on sunday that I was nauseous and couldn't even eat but ive been taking" pain" pills and it is not as bad as before but about a month ago I had the same feeling and I went to my doctor and they told me it was anxiety or a virus but I do not think so im scared im 16 and I do not want it to be a serious thing like cancer or anything I think im just paranoid and scared because of all diseases going around that will get me thinking I have it myself.

Don't take too many pain killers they are not good you are right your problems are psychological try to control them if you take care of your lifestyle with proper diet work activities and exercises you can keep a good balanced life it is true there are so many diseases around but then that doesn't mean you are going to suffer from them why don't you think of the people who keep fit till they die in old age keep your thinking positive and if you can't manage it take the help of a psychotherapist to discuss the matters and get out of this state of mind.
