If it is common cold or blockage of nose and allergic origin breathing exercises in Yoga like deep breathing, pranayaama, Kapalbhati, Anuloma Viloma and salt water instillation in nostrils may help. But first see ENT specialist to diagnose some nose defect etc. diagnosis and treatment
