Iam 30 years old female. Iam suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from 3 years and now my both the knees get damaged because of dryness of fluid in knees now iam unable to walk. Please suggest me to get recover from disease and moreover I have the responsibility to look after my parents and 5 years infant male baby.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a self limiting disease. Acute phase can be managed with medicines. Physiotherapy helps in preventing contractures & deformities. Keep your moral up! any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
