You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and build up your stamina as well to feel strong from within. Do regular exercise at home. Mqke sure you have a good protein source in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food.
No drink before meals. Go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength.
