I am 19 years old. I am 85 KGS weight I want to attend military training next years so how can I decrease my weight with in one year with out any work out.

Hi 1) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice, ginger juice and 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in the morning on empty stomach and after meals, do this for 30 days, it gives you good result, thanks.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts, fruits and vegetables. You need to take a balanced diet. Eat salad before meals. Don't take rice at night. Avoid junk food. Don't skip breakfast. Take small and frequent meals.
