Hello lybrate user, - excess of stress may lead to much hair fall - better to avoid any stress - and late night sleep is also a cause for hairfall - better to go to sleep within 12am always - take amla ras 20ml with water daily twice before food - have some sprouts in the morning always - lack of nutrition will also be a cause for hairfall - do apply neelabringadi taila - do hairpack with amla and bringaraj powder weekly twice this give you better result. Thank you.
