This occurs either due to decay in teeth or sensitivity. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause. Decay can be removed and the cavity filled with or without rct depending on the extent of decay. For sensitivity, you can use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily for brushing.

This could either be due to sensitivity of tooth due to loss of enamel or due to decay in teeth. Visit your dentist to check the cause of your prob n get treated accordingly. Meanwhile use a desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf. Rub some of it onto to the tooth surface n wait for 5 mins before rinsing.
