I am suffering from some bowel movement problems. Its very hard to go to bathroom. I am getting some pain during bowelmovement. And last two times I got some blood in my stool. And the stool was like very hard. Please suggest how to move on this issues. After bowelmovement the pain will last for more than 2 hrs. Is it the symptoms of PILES. Please help me to come out of this. Problems. Age 26 years.

Hello Mr. Lybrate-user, if you have frequent constipation the stool becomes hard and puts pressure on the anal region resulting in mucosal tear (fissure) or dilated veins (piles). I would suggest you to take diet rich in fibre like whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables. Also drink plenty of water to soften the stool. Hear natures call and do not avoid the urge to pass motion. Make a regular time for that. Thanks.
