Hello Mr. lybrate-user WEIGHT LOSS DIET Things to be followed 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 am 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. This week you can lose up to 0.9 kgs Week 3 6: 30 am ? 10 ml of Karela, amla juice with 1 glass of luke warm water. 7: 30 am ? ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am ? salted and flavoured Green gram gruel or Rava gruel semi liquid consistency 200 ml. 11: 30 am ? four cucumber slices. 1: 30 pm ?one bowl allowed veg or fruit salad, 2 chappati and vegetable dal. 5: 00 pm ? 1cup of milk/ ginger tea, green tea or 1bowl popcorn (air popped popcorns without the butter) 8: 30 pm ?1 bowl broken wheat with rasam or dal, 1 cup buttermilk. Week 4 6: 30 am ? Triphala ras 10 ml with 1 glass warm water. 7: 30 am ? ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am ? 1 glass Broken wheat gruel 11: 30 am ? one bowl veg salad. 1: 30 pm ? 1 bowl broken wheat with rasam, 1 cup buttermilk. 5: 00 pm ? 1cup of milk/ ginger tea/ green tea 8: 30 pm ? 2 dry chappati with 1 bowl vegetable or Dalia kichdi, and 1 cup buttermilk. Avoid raw sugar from your diet. Avoid taking sweets, cold drinks, sweet fruits, cake and pastrees. Avoid fried food and junk food. Take more vagetables, pulses. Drink plenty of fluid.
