Dear *first feel urself important and take care of yourself. *never skip breakfast. *have small frequent meals. *eat pulses curd paneer regularly. *use whole grain cereals mix ata roti. *eat green vegetables n seasonal fruits regularly. *take iron supplements proscribed by your physician. *be active keep going do exercise and yoga regularly.

Should include atleast 1/2lt of milk in either form have plenty of water some times honey water too have salad have sprouts atleast weekly.
