Hello, Dr. I m 30 years male, I have problem of headache, sometime its too severe to tolerate. When it is on left side its too much but on right can last sometimes only. I can't differenciated it as it is a headache or my eyes are paining. Bcoz during the headache I think pain started inside the eyes. I using spectacles for last 15 years, I already check up my eyes, in case no. May increases but there is no problem regarding lenses. Sometimes on headache painkiller giving no responses and only sound sleep bring the differences. Please help me to coming out from this problem. And advise me to how can I make my routine more accurate to avoid such problem. Thanking you.
