I am a student and busy in my study, why that I can't do exercise, but my belly is increasing. How to stop this increasing of my belly facing all this problems?

Hello, weight gain around belly is a common problem now a days and only ayurveda has a safe and holistic solution to that. Try these tips- a) do not sleep at day time b) avoid junk food and non-vegetarian food c) increase you physical exertion and make yourself sweat more this will burn your fat d) if you have any associated digestion problems than they might be cured first for better results.
