I will tell you some management that will help you somewhat in you problem, that is, avoid oily food in your diet, take high protein diet (like- daal, rajma, chhola, egg, meat (if you are non-vegetarian), and most important take 2 glass of milk every day (1 at breakfast and other before sleeping at night)). You have to also avoid taking tension and relax your mind. For this try meditation. Apply curd in your scalp for 20 min at least twice in a week, then wash with shampoo. Do oiling of hairs with" sarso ka tel" once in a week at night and wash in morning.

Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm.
