How do I reduce my waist line? I have a pot belly and I exercise daily but still I cannot reduce it. Please help.

You should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night, and don't take oily food. Go for brisk walk 45 minutes. Take 2 cup green tea daily. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
