I have depression and it is not good for me is this side effect of anything or what? Can you please suggest me some yoga or home remedies for this?

Lybrate-user you have not mentioned the reason as to what is really disturbing you. You should keep yoursrlf busy in your studies and regular activities. Youy can join some yoga centre. Thirdly also meditation can help you to get away from depression.
