I have more pains of legs I. E. Only below the n Knee. I am going walking daily for 45 min to 1hr in morning.

Calf muscle tight so muscle relaxant medicine avoid strain and do heat fermentation and stretching exercise of calf muscle avoid walk for 2 days and do that.

As Dr. Said you should take rest for 2 or 3 days take muscle relaxant with analgesic combination do stretching exe for calf muscles. Nd in addition to that if you r a chain smoker stop smoking nd if so you need to do dopler study of your leg below knee to c the blood flow. If it is less you need treatment accordingly. In addition chek your blood sugar if you r a diabetic pt you need to correct it.
