Firstly urine r/e to be done to find out any evidence of infection. If urine examination is alright then see nearly at what time child passes urine on bed. Try to ask him to pass urine about half an hour before. In that way he will develop gradual bladder control. Pt. Need psychological support also. He is not to be felt let down if happens to pass urine on bed. Rather make him assure that nothing has happened wrong, you will be alright if you follow the above given advice.
If still problem is not solved then medicines are to be given-like adiuretin nasal spray as per advice from doctor.
