I have a desk job and my weight has been increased drastically in the past 1 year eventhough I have been following diet plans. kindly provide some suggestions.

Dear lybrate-user, walking is the best exercise so walk at least 10000 steps daily (brisk walk) and continue with your diet. Eat less in night and maintain gap of 2 to 3 hrs between your dinner and sleep. Take himalaya's vrikshamla tablets 2 tablets twice a day for 3 month. You will definitely loose weight. All the best.
