Mr. Lybrate-user, if your blood sugar is well controlled, then you can eat pomegranate, itt is a good fruit for diabetic person, but not more than 100 g in a day. Fruit is better than juice.

If your diet and sugar levels are controlled, you can eat 1 fruit (in number) daily or have juice of it, with exception of grapes, mangoes and sugarcane juice. Apple, orange, pomegrenade, lime, can be used regularly.
