I today life style what kind of diet and workout is required as I am a 25 year old male With a weight of 70 KGS but due to work I sit for more than 7to8 hours in in a day could this have a bad effect on the body or not.

Dear lybrate-user, your ideal weight depends on your height also. A sedentary lifestyle definitely tends to gain weight, especially once you cross 30 years of age. Overweight can cause many health -related issues. So it's important to maintain an ideal body weight. Try to go for brisk walks/ jog / play outdoor games like basketball, badminton, cricket, at least 30 minutes daily. Try to avoid late and heavy dinners as it tends to gain weight. Don't skip breakfast. Have fruits and vegetables, milk, high-protein foods daily and avoid sweets and fried foods.
