I am a 24 year old and my body weight is not increasing but have taken good diet daily. Please tell me e solution of this problem.

Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Fluids should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.
