Hello my weight is 76 kg maximum weight should be 65 according to my height so what should I do for weight loss I really want to loss weight please help.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, eggs, non veg (i knows that it'syour tradinational food) but avoid. Take simpal veg food with salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Reduce solt little less than normal.
