1. Take bland diet, avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food and food rich in excess fat/cholesterol like mutton/egg/chicken, bakery items like pizza/ burger/ cookies etc 2. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (water melon), salads 3. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily)
