I am a students of college, when my exam came nearby I can't sleep well. Vomiting regularly. And also headache.

Dear Ramkishan, these are the the symptoms of anxiety, Exams are a part of student's life ,take them seriously but without affecting your health. Change in attitude is always better than medicine.Take relaxing break in between, Do meditation to bring stress level down. Spend time with your parents/ friends. Take light but nutritius diet & good sleep.

Your in stress and in fear of exams. People used to get these vomitting due to fear and whenever they are tensed. I suggest you to avoid stress and take it easy. Before exams drink plenty of water so headache may not occur.
