Hello! as much as you inform in this massage according to that take care of your liver 1st. Take non fried non spicy healthy foods frequently. Papaya, sweet lime, fennel seed water, tender coconut water, butter milk, bottle gourd etc. Can be added in diet. Take care of drinking water. Fresh sugar cane juice can be taken weekly once or twice. And most important with all your medical records consult a dietitian.
