My height is 4'9" at the age of 13 I think my height is not increasing properly and my weight is also very less my weight is 32 kg only please help me.

Less height according to weight or age is because of you are lacking important a balanced diet. More focus is on protein it should be in your diet (milk, soybeans, eggs, pulses, cereals etc.) proper exercise for height is swimming, jumping do it regularly.
