Meri beti 17th july ko 16 years ki ho jaegi or uski lambai sirf 5 feet h or diet bhi theek hai to kya ab uski lambai badh sakti hai ya nahi kyonki maine suna hai ki period aane ke baad lambai nahi badhti hai. Kya ye sahi hai .

Lambai 18 saal tak barhti hai. Pace kum ho jata hai. 18 se 22 aur kum. Phir 25 tak rarely. Growth herbs ko antioxidants herb juice me bhawit karke (21 baar) dena shuru karen. Diet me desi cow milk, chhachh, dahi, ghee etc aur protein, iron rich diet den. Pranayam, hanging exercises, soorya namaskar, yoga zaroor karwayen.
