My weight has increased upto 6 kgs in the last one month. What can be the possible reason behind this? How can I control it?

Are you suffering from any medical problem? share your daily diet (what you eat in breakfast/lunch/dinner) & lifestyle (wake up/sleep time) to advise you. Follow these instructions- take balanced & nutritious food. Avoid outside food. Drink 3-4 ltrs of water daily. Walk/jog/swim for 30-40 mins daily. Take proper rest.
