I am 21 year old and I'm having back pain from last 15 days only at right side of the back so please give me suggestion.

Try resting for a couple of days, supplement with hot/cold fomentation of the back 3-4 times a day. Routine pain killers would help alleviate the pain after which you could start with back and core strengthening exercises as recommended by a physiotherapist. Avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights.
