Go for cycling,swimming,jogging,gardening, Opt staircase in your office instead of a lift. Take,oats ,green tea in the breakfast. Consume,plenty of salad,fruits,sprouts in lunch . Go for meditation . Take,4 Pcs of Marie biscuits with green tea,in d evening. Homoeo medicine, @ Fucus vasQ-20 drops,thrice with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water,before each meal. Please,report,fortnightly. Take,care.
