I am sure you need not worry. You are near term. Even if labour pain starts the baby will have no problem as it will be like a full time baby. Mild diarrhoea need not be a cause of complication of pregnancy. Drink enough fluid to make up for the loss.

It can be gut infection, yes in some cases labour pain can start simultaneously, take sufficient liquids and consult with your obstetrics dr.
