Don't know why now a days I'm thinking deeply in any matter. I'm losing my inbuilt confidence. I'm becoming weak losing weight. Not feeling like eating.

You need to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to build up your stamina as well as to feel strong from within. Regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite and. No drink before and with meals. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals.
