I have a desk job, and in the last few 2 years my weight has gone up from 75 KGS to 85 KGS. I want to lose weight. Please help.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include low calorie, normal protein vitamin, and mineral (except sodium) resticated carbohydrates fat, liberalfluid, high fibre diet are given. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Don't use rice at night. Avoid junk food. Take small meals and frequent intervals.
