I am in hostel and due to hostel food of so much of oil and species I am getting fat. How to maintain my body?

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits, vegetables. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food. Take small meals and frequent intervals.
