I wanted to do skipping can you suggest please how many skips to do per a day and my age is 15 and im 5 foot 8 inches.

Hye. You can do skipping as much as you can and as much as your body can manage. You need to start gradually. You need to include workouts to strengthen your back leg arm muscles as well. Skipping can be a part of an all round exercise routine eg. 50 to 200 repetitions in your exercise routine. Skipping can be a good workout routine as far as you do it correctly with the right technique and you do not have any medical condition which calls for restrictions.
