I am 32 years old unmarried, my weight never goes above 56kg, my body is so thin that I looks like a 20 year old and my legs particularly lower part back side has continously some sort of pain and laziness. What should I do to increase weight and body structure and to reduce pain.

Take cinnamon powder half a teaspoon with honey in the morning in empty stomach for at least one month. At 11 am take ginger juice with honey for 4 days. See how absorption of nutrients takes place. Avoid junk food eat only fresh food. Can you pl give feedback after 7 days.
