I am 20 years old, I practice Surya namaskar (yoga) daily is it enough to keep my body healthy I have problem of nocturnal emission would it enough to practise suryanamskar to overcome this problem. If not suggest some other remedies in yoga.

Yes suryanamaskar is very effective in every purpose...but for nocturnal emission you have to take medicines too...you can take pranacharya swapna dosh har churna 1-1 tsf with milk twice a day..
