I haven't been able to sleep since 2 days and I am having a severe headache, tried multiple home remedies, but didn't work, what to do? Please help me!

Lack of sleep mostly occurs due to lot of stress. So relax yourself and do not indulge in negative thoughts. You can take a walk before sleeping. Taking hot water bath before sleeping also helps head massage with foot massage with soothing oil such as brahmi oil before sleeping will help you to sleep. Do not sit on mobile or tv one hour before sleeping. You can listen to soft music before sleeping. For long term effect do yoga especially shavaasan and meditation. Take cap. Tagar 2-2.
