I am 25 years old. I work in accounts so continuously I am to work in tally. Regularly I feel tired, backpain, sleeping. Please help me. What do I do?

Get some relax during the work and walk for 15 min. In between the work. Intake healthy diet and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 glass of milk every day with half table spoon of turmeric. Do cervical exercises for that. And not use pillow at night.
