Sunscreen application: use broad spectrum sunscreen (protection against both uva nuvb) with spf 30 or more regularly. Apply 30 min before going outdoor. Apply on all d exposed areas. Reapply every 2-3 hours 3. Physical protection: use hat, uv protected sun glasses, tightly woven dark coloured clothes. 4. Antioxidant rich diet: green tea, lemon, broccoli, spinach etc. Include in diet to fight damage.
