I have a very sensitive skin. I have fair colour and I do apply sunscreen before going out. Not on daily basis but I do suffer from breakouts quite at short intervals and I develop acne (pimples) mostly towards my lower face and upper neck. What can be done to prevent them?

Ms. Lybrate-user as you asked about your problems related to skin you may follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Bala chandanadi oil or bala ashwagandhadi oil massage over whole body before one hour of getting shower with warm water will be helpful for solving your problems of skin sensitivity and makes your skin smoth. Use akpree cream. Apply cream over effected parts of acne twice daily after clinging with warm saline water. Use it for three weeks.

Acne is one of the major skin problem woman goes through. Don't worry, firstly make sure that your face is clean. Don't allow dirt or oil to accumulate on ya face. Avoid junk and oily food, have more fruits in your diet and replenish your skin by drinking plenty of water and natural fluids.
