I am suffering from back pain for 2 weeks and I am facing very problem for this. Can you please tell me what should I do with this problem.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching.
