I use computer and phone too much in my work due to which I am suffering from back pain. It is very painful, can you advice me how to get rid of this pain.

Work in breaks. Do work in a single position for long time. Take a small break in every half n hour or jus change a position for few seconds. And do regular exercises after consultation with nearer physiotherapist doctor and need some ergonomic changes at work place.
