My mother is 44 and she's pregnant she told me that she's experience for the first time a kicking and motion of the fetal only in the left side. She's in 6th trimester of pregnancy. Don't worry, if the baby is in vertical position instead of the horizontal position, the feeling is more towards one side. But eventually the baby will become horizontal, and the position will auto correct. If the correction doesn't happen cesarean is always an option. But I would like to suggest your mom undergoes a sterilisation procedure after this delivery. Too many pregnancies will take a huge toll on her health.

And your mother got experience only of left side it is quite normal but in successive weeks if she will not able to feel fetal movement properly then consult your gynaecology doctor for help.
