I want to know about the stress. I feel stress many time in my mind it cause due to I made many negative thinking for a positive thing. So please help me and suggest me that what can I do for it. And it mainly for my partner n my nearest person.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am (to make your mind healthy)
drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices).
Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals.
Drink more and more water.
And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body (to make your body healthy).
Try this for 1 month. You will definitely be helped by these steps which will make you energetic and stress-free.
